Introduction and Terms of Acceptance

Code & Click invites you. These Terms and Conditions explain how you may access and use all the services, products, content and features offered by Code & Click (the "Services") and apply to all the participants of the Services. Enrolling or visiting our Services means that you are entering into a binding agreement with us to be governed by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. Your Content and User-Account

In order to have optimal access to some of the Services features, you may have to open an account with Code & Click. In making an account, you accept all the prompts regarding the registration forms that you should give accurate, current, and complete information and you should also update this information to make it accurate, current, and complete. Your account truthfully is your account, and you are the sole user who is in charge of keeping the privacy of your account password, as well as any exercises or actions described beneath your password, regardless of whether your password is with our Service or some other party. Code & Click will not and cannot be held responsible or liable to any loss or damage to be incurred by such breach of these security obligations by you. Posting any User Content on the Service gives Code & Click a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, publish, perform, display, reproduce, translate, distribute, and otherwise exploit such User Content in connection with the Service and Code & Click (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any medium and through any media channels.

Your use of Our Service

Access to and use of the Services are given and employed in light of these Terms and all and any laws and regulations. You accept such an agreement to only access the site with legal purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the rights of, or prevent or hinder the use or enjoyment of the Service by, any third party. The act you are not allowed to do is to harass or intimidate any other user or make them uncomfortable or put them under inconvenience, send out obscene or offensive information, and interrupt the general flow of the dialogue available within our Services. Our services are allowed to be commercially exploited only by its official structure, otherwise, there will be legal measures against this or that initiative of unauthorized commercial exploitation. We put a lot of money into developing and developing our platform and unlicensed duplication is an insult to that.

4. Efforts to alter, change, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service: Any attempts to retrieve the source code or the underlying ideas or algorithms of any of the aspects of the Service are explicitly prohibited. This safeguards our IPs, innovation and proprietary technologies. We are asking our users to use our service in a manner intended without trying to change its original purpose.
